Neighbor Serve has officially arrived in Bloomington and we couldn’t be more excited!
Last month, neighbors, local businesses, real estate partners, and home service professionals gathered at Crazy Horse in downtown Bloomington to mark the beginning of Neighbor Serve’s next chapter.
For Neighbor Serve founder, Dan Hanrahan, expanding to Bloomington means so much more than “entering a new market.” It’s about becoming part of a community he’s been connected to for years.
“There’s no more locally focused town that I know about than Bloomington,” Dan shared during the launch celebration.
That sort of local spirit is exactly what Neighbor Serve is built around.
The Local Home Service Club Comes to B-Town
Neighbor Serve was created to make taking care of a home easier; by connecting homeowners with trusted local professionals and providing a team that can help when they need it.
After growing to serve more than 1,000 homes and working alongside hundreds of real estate professionals in Indianapolis, Bloomington felt like a natural next step.
In fact, Neighbor Serve has already been quietly serving the Bloomington area for the past year. The official launch represents an opportunity to deepen those relationships and bring even more homeowners, realtors, and local service providers together.
As Dan put it, Neighbor Serve is “so grateful and so happy to connect the Bloomington communities that we’ve been circling around for a long time.”
Meet Our Founding Bloomington Pros
Neighbor Serve wouldn’t be able to do what it does without great local home service professionals.
Rather than simply building a large directory of contractors, Neighbor Serve’s network grows through referrals and relationships. As Dan explains, the team vets a significant number of contractors, but doesn’t begin conversations with a pro until that company has been recommended by people who trust their work.
“These guys are the best,” Dan said of Bloomington’s founding pros. “These are people building companies in Bloomington, sponsoring the little league fields, and taking care of our neighbors.”
Neighbor Serve is proud to launch in Bloomington alongside these founding pros:
- All-In Painting
- Indianapolis General Contractors
- Top Phase Electric
- Curbman Home Services
- RadPad Remodeling
- The Lawn Men Estates & Grounds
- Exterior Detail
- 2nd Generation Plumbing
- Woodward Home Services
- Wheelock Heating & Cooling
- RCV Roofing Siding & Gutters
- Brothers Carpet Cleaning
- United Home Services
These companies are instrumental in making Neighbor Serve possible in Bloomington. They bring local expertise, quality work, and community relationships that allow Neighbor Serve to help homeowners with confidence.

Built Around the Bloomington Community
The launch celebration wasn’t only about Neighbor Serve. It was also an opportunity to recognize the people and businesses that make Bloomington special.
During the event, Dan highlighted local institutions including Crazy Horse, Upland Brewery, Little Zagreb, Cardinal Spirits, Bloomingfoods, and Morgenstern Books, describing businesses like these as “pillars” of the community.
That same commitment to local relationships will be at the heart of Neighbor Serve Bloomington.
The goal is simple: help homeowners spend less time worrying about who to call and more time enjoying their homes, families, and community.
Or, as Dan told guests at the launch, “I hope you call us and put us to work so we can support these companies, and you can put your feet up and enjoy your kids, your family, your house, or whatever you’re doing.”
