At Neighbor Serve, we believe local professionals deliver the highest quality service.
An Indianapolis-Focused Organization
Neighbor Serve’s “Why Local Matters” video emphasizes how seriously Indianapolis business owners take supporting locally owned businesses. All In Painting owner Luke Goldner opens the promotional segment by sharing how Neighbor Serve has helped him network with other businesses in the Metropolitain area, as well as support their endeavors.
Brian Schutt, another Homesense HVAC‘s founder, echoes Goldner’s enthusiasm, claiming that Neighbor Serve’s rolodex of Indianapolis businesses provides a plethora of trustworthy, accountable service providers to work with. He raves that Indianapolis business owners take an extra level of precaution and care when dealing with fellow Hoosiers’ home issues.
Carey Jones, COO of Haulstr, shares the similar positive sentiment of the previous two. He doubles down, emphasizing the trust he has in the local Indianapolis community and its businesses. Not only does he reiterate these points, but he asserts that Indianapolis provides a great hiring pool and that working there is an extremely rewarding experience.

Luke Goldner:
Well I think, you know, it’s investing in your community and when you think about it your neighbors are working in places that are within Indianapolis, and in a way it’s the economy that we’re working to support. Being a part of Neighbor Serve is really a unique opportunity to work with other members that are involved in this same identity within Indianapolis, which is to help each other succeed and to help make a seamless transition with services.

Brian Shutt:
Honestly, I think there’s a lot of service providers out there, and choosing someone that’s locally owned adds an extra layer of trust and accountability when you have that extra layer of trust because there’s local ownership. You know you can get somebody on the phone that’s going to care in a deeper way so to me that’s the most important thing with uh with you know a locally owned business is there’s this extra trust and accountability for the homeowner.

Carey Jones:
For me it’s been great building relationships with other local business owners and team members, people that are interested in investing back in the community, building great companies and being able to provide great jobs for local team members, as well as serving within the community. Giving back to the community, it’s obviously a great place to live with schools and housing and all the amenities of the city, but those things thrive on a strong community of people, neighbors helping others, companies helping others, and so having that local focus uh is very rewarding for me.
