- Curated: We vet 1,000 local contractors / year and invite <10% to join our Contractor Co-Op. Members nominate new contractors and hold one another accountable. You won’t find every pro…just the top few in each category.
- Locally-Owned: We believe in Neighbors serving Neighbors and prefer locally-owned contractors. You won’t find many franchises or national firms unless company decisions are made locally.
- Neighbors First: We refer the contractors we hire in our own homes…the types of companies we trust to care for friends, family, and neighbors.

Neighbor Serve Members: We feature pro members in our direct marketing which includes digital (ie: social, email), traditional (yard signs, direct mail), and partnerships (realtors, local causes).
Concierge Referrals: With our Neighbor and Personalized Home Concierge plans, clients trust us to help prioritize projects and select the right pro for each job. We’ll bring you into opportunities at high-end homes.
