Role Overview: Sales Associate
Indianapolis, IN | Hybrid | Base + Bonus
You are the top of the funnel. Your job is simple: open doors. You will prospect, qualify, and set meetings within the Home Concierge segment of the business with the potential of growing to other verticals. The playbook is built and you’ll work with the team to generate revenue.
This is a vital role in order for the business to grow and achieve revenue goals. Proven success in this role will create the potential for growth as the business grows.
A Day in the Life:
- Prospect and qualify leads across B2B (partners) and B2C (homeowners) channels
- Set qualified meetings
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sources
- Work within our CRM to track the pipeline and log activity
- Learn the Neighbor Serve playbook

Be the first point of contact for Neighbor Serve while representing the brand
- Collaborate closely with the team to refine messaging and targeting
- Attend events in the community
