Home Concierge
Join the Top 5% of Indiana Contractors
Local | Curated | Hands On
You’ve worked hard to earn your reputation. We’ve built a community of over 1,000 neighbors served and 400 realtors who pay to connect with the very best, locally owned professionals in Central Indiana. This is an invitation to join them.
Sound Familiar?
“I’m tired of buying leads that go nowhere.”
As one of our pros, Nick owner of Off-Leash Construction, puts it, “When we’re dealing with a NeighborServe customer, we know they’re serious because they’ve put some dollars to it… We waste a whole lot less time with tire kickers.”
“I’m competing with contractors who shouldn’t be in business.”
You hire well and take care of your team. You are insured and invest in the right equipment. Others cut corners and disappear when a problem arises, and homeowners can’t tell the difference until it’s too late.
“I waste so much time explaining why I cost more.”
You do quality work. You’re licensed, insured, and experienced. But you’re constantly justifying your pricing to people who only care about the lowest bid.

How is this Different Than Angi, Next Door, Google, etc
Relationships, Not Ads
We don’t sell leads or take kickbacks on completed jobs. Our community is built on relationships and is intentionally selective. We are a locally owned, Indianapolis-based team that believes in ‘Neighbors Serving Neighbors.’ Our commitment to this model is why our partners stay and thrive, with an 80% contractor renewal rate year after year.
We’re Thoughtfully Selective
We vet over 1,000 local contractors every year and invite fewer than 5% to join the co-op. Being part of Neighbor Serve means something.
We Prioritize Local, Hoosier-Owned Businesses
We believe in Neighbors Serving Neighbors. You will only find businesses where decisions are made locally.
We Only Refer Contractors We’d Hire Ourselves
The contractors we invite are the ones we’d trust to work on our own homes and recommend to our friends, family, and neighbors.
Our Team Doesn’t Work on Commission
Sales reps aren’t paid commissions when a contractor joins. Our only goal is to make the co-op valuable for your business.
Transparent Membership Pricing
A $3,600 annual membership fee includes your place in the co-op and a feature in your primary service category.
That’s it. No hidden referral fees, no pay-per-click games. Just a simple, shared investment in a better way of doing business.

Nick Giulioni
Off Leash Construction
“As a contractor member of Neighbor Serve I can’t say enough good things about them! Their team is easy to work with, the business model is great, and they are an exceptional service to the local community. My experience with their members has been very pleasant and the cost to join has already paid off for the year!”

Common Questions About Our Co-op
- Why do Homeowners Pay?
If you’re not paying for the product, you are the product. Both contractors and homeowners pay to deliver the best service and receive the best service.
- How many contractors are in each category?
We balance the supply with the demand that homeowners and realtors have. Currently, most categories have fewer than three pros per category.
- Why the emphasis on local?
We can call the owner if something goes wrong. Decisions are made locally. When leaders look their customers in the eyes and see them around the community, it fuels respect and accountability.
- Why are a couple of your contractors not owned in IN?
The decision-making is made locally. We have vetted these contractors, who have proven themselves to be local leaders we trust and who give back to Indy.
- How does your model work?
Our model is built on a local, cooperative partnership. We focus on providing a limited number of high-quality introductions to support our partners’ efficiency and success. We believe we succeed when our partners succeed.
- What is the cost?
The investment is a flat annual fee of $3,600 for partnership and primary category placement. This straightforward structure ensures transparency, allowing our partners to budget effectively. We can discuss the specifics for your trade in our first conversation.
- What kind of contractor are you looking for?
Check out our vetting process. We partner with established, Hoosier-owned businesses that share our commitment to service and quality. If you believe in putting neighbors first and growing through your reputation, you are likely a great fit.
- Do you guarantee a certain number of jobs?
We don’t promise a specific number of jobs, as our focus is on the quality of introductions, not the quantity. Over 80% of contractors renew because our warm intros turn into business. Reputations grow when we market each other. And we help one another. We are hiring co-op companies for our own homes and referring each other to clients.
Is Our Community Right for You?
If you’re a proven, locally-owned contractor who believes in accountability, respect, and relationships, we invite you to start a conversation.
Our vetting process is thoughtful and deliberate because we have a deep responsibility to our homeowners and every pro in our network. The first step is a simple conversation to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
