Every contractor is nominated, vetted, and held accountable. To start, each pro is referred, either from one of our current contractor members or from several neighbors or realtors. Then, we run our vetting process to examine insurance, licensing, reviews, references and more. Relationships and reputation are a big part of our local community. Lastly, if we hear of a sub 5 star contractor experience, we dig in to learn what happened. Contractors make mistakes! Sometimes homeowner expectations are too high. Neighbor Serve contractors make them right. So if we hear of a contractor not being accountable or about multiple issues from the same contractor, we will pause referring the contractor. Only the top 2-4 contractors per category are selected for our curated network to ensure quality and availability. As contractors get busy from homeowner demand, we look to add additional vetted contractors.

We serve Marion and doughnut counties, including the Greater Indianapolis Metro area; Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Brownsburg, Avon, Noblesvile, Greenwood, Meridian Kessler, Center Grove and surrounding communities. Additionally, we have service available in the greater Columbus and Bloomington areas.

Yes. Membership is $96 per year for Neighbor Club. Our premium, white glove experience is called Home Concierge, which offers seasonal maintenance planning, in-home visits and priority support. All members get enhanced get VIP access to vetted contractors, exclusive contractor offers, and can contact our team via email, call, or text.

Unlike large directories with thousands of contractors, we maintain a curated network of the top 5% of vetted local contractors. We don’t charge contractors a kickback on your project. We don’t sell leads. We take the time to make warm introductions to the right contractors. Our contractors commit to responding to inquiries within 24 hours (during regular business hours). Most respond much more quickly. In the unlikely scenario where you don’t hear back from a contractor, you can contact our team to help. Because we send them a lot of work, they give our clients the VIP experience. Our concierge team can also help expedite urgent requests or coordinate multiple contractors for larger projects.
